Our team
We will provide you with advice and support about how to manage your behaviour.
The team includes:
- nurses
- social workers
- psychologists
- support workers
- psychiatrists.
Why you have been referred
You have been referred to our service because you are either:
- being discharged from hospital…
- or your community team would like advice and support about managing the risk of violence or re-offending.
Following referral
We will meet with you and ask questions about your mental health and any offending history.
We may need to meet with you more than once to complete the assessment.
We will share our recommendations and advice with you and whoever else is involved in your care.
Specialist help
We can provide you with specialist psychological and psychiatric assessments to improve your mental health and to support you in managing the risk of violence or re-offending.
Your feedback
You may be asked to take part in a survey where you will be asked for your views on the service you have received.
