Our Big Conversation is a way for us to listen to the people in our communities.
It is an online platform for people to share their ideas and insights about what we do.
We read and analyse all of the information from the people we support, carers, staff and partners and use it to plan and make things better.
Our first conversation was in 2020.
We’re really proud of how many people have joined in so far but we’re also working incredibly hard to encourage more people to share their views.
So far Our Big Conversation has shaped Our Journey to Change which includes our three big commitments and our values.
It’s led to a number of improvements across our services and for our colleagues.
We want to keep listening to our service users, carers, families, colleagues and other stakeholders to make sure we’re making changes together which help to provide a great experience for service users and carers, a great experience for our colleagues, and help us to be a great partner.

What’s next
We’re going to be having lots more conversations.
We’ll keep asking questions and getting feedback to stay on track with Our Journey to Change and to help us focus on the things that are really important to people.
