This protocol, and associated procedures, covers the management of all external agency visits, inspections and accreditations within the Trust.
It is designed to:
• As far as practicable, minimise disruption to services;
• Ensure the Trust responds appropriately to findings and recommendations arising from external visits and inspections and any risks and lessons learnt are identified and addressed across the Trust.
