The purpose of this procedure is to:
• Ensure staff and managers are aware of the agreed processes
when recruiting to a vacancy
• Ensure that all vacancies are recruited to in line with the mandatory
NHS Employers NHS Employment Check Standards
• Comply with CQC standards, NHS Employer standards and Statutory Legislation
• To support service user and carer involvement
