In accordance with the PPE 2002 and the Personal Protective Equipment at work Regulations 1992 there is a legal duty placed on the Trust in relation to provision & safe use of PPE at work.
Personal Protective Equipment Procedure
Following this procedure will help the Trust to ensure employees are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to control hazards and risks whilst carrying out their job role.
